Hydrterra is a company dedicated to providing environmental services to protect the land and water resources of New England. We specializes in hydrogeologic and hazardous waste sites, gasoline service stations, industrial and residential properties.

 

HYDROTERRA uses groundwater and surface water modeling for contaminant transport analysis and optimization of remedial actions; analysis of local, state and federal records and regulations; geophysical surveys; and soil and groundwater analysis to serve the needs of clients.

We can offer individual solutions needed by your company in the areas of surface water and groundwater hydrology, engineering geology and computer modeling by identifying threats to environmental resources and providing alternative cost effective solutions to address these threats.

Environmental Sampling and Waste Characterization

HYDROTERRA provides environmental sampling services to characterize spills and releases, regulatory compliance issues, human health and environmental risks, and potential liability exposures to property owners, potential buyers, and regulatory agencies.  HYDROTERRA can develop detailed sampling and quality assurance plans that outline the objectives and laboratory analysis requirements of a project.

  • Establishment of cleanup standards and objectives;
  • Development of cleanup cost estimates;
  • Preparation of QA/QC and health and safety plans;

HYDROTERRA’s water resource management services include: large groundwater withdrawal permits for golf courses; water supplies and housing developments; water conservation management plans, erosion and sedimentation evaluation; and septic and groundwater discharge mounding analysis.  Detailed evaluations of surface water and bedrock groundwater interactions are critical to the assessment of water resources in New England.
